In the beginning, I was light.
I was a radiant light beam traveling between stars, my sisters of light. I was free and limitless. I was infinite and ancient. But then, in the singularity of a timeless moment, I saw Earth, beautiful blue Earth. I had seen before countless planets and their moons, and yet I had never felt like this before. Drunk with love, I could feel Earth’s heart beating, and I fell in love for her. Hypnotised as I was by her infinite compassion, I came down and became Human.
